End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) carefully before using the Software.

Please read and understand all the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement. This software product (hereinafter referred to as the 'Software') can be installed on your computer after you have read and accepted the Agreement.

If you have installed or used the Software, you have signed and accepted the terms of the Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Chengdu Xiaobo Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiabo Software”). This Software includes the accompanying computer software and may include printed material on related documents.

1. Copyright

The name of the Software and all copies thereof is the same as the company indicated in the Software.

'Software' (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, videos, sound recordings, music, text and additional programs contained in the Software), accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software. The property rights and copyrights are owned by Xiaobo Software.

This Software and Documentation are copyrighted and protected by national copyright laws and international agreement provisions.

You may not remove the copyright notice from the Software; and warrant the reproduction of the copyright notice (in whole or in part) for this copy of the Software. You agree to stop the illegal copying of the Software and Documentation in any form.

2, Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer or reverse compile the Software. However, if the above restrictions are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, this is not the case. “Xiabo Software” has the right to decide the free period of use of free products.

3. Termination

In case of any violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, “Xiabo Software” may terminate the license at any time. Upon termination of the license, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation or return them to Xiaobo Software.

4, Not for guarantee

Any loss or risk resulting from your use of the Software Product will be your sole responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xiaobo Software and its suppliers do not assume any liability or condition of warranty.

5. Liability for derivative damages

If you use this software product to cause direct or indirect damage (including, but not limited to, loss of business benefits, business interruption, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses), 'Xiabo Software' shall not be liable for any damages.
